**Job**Profile**Summary**
The primary function of the Learning Coordinator is to assist in executing Continuing Professional Education (CPE) programs. Responsible for execution of courses from inception to completion. Works closely with other members of the department in administering and coordinating these responsibilities.
**Job Profile Responsibilities (key responsibilities)**
Responsible for the execution of logistics for training programs at RSM. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Coordination of classroom needs, preparation of communications, coordination of webcast schedule, moderating webcasts (WebEx Meetings, WebEx Webinar, Microsoft Teams), ordering and shipping supplies, and coordination of on-site logistics and administration.
- Obtains relevant course/curriculum details for course input into the Learning Management System (LMS). Monitors course enrollments, registers facilitators and participants, executes changes, and updates course data as needed.
- **Format, process, and publish course materials as well as executing and delivering our virtual instructor led training sessions**:
- Manages compliance documentation for peer review folders according to NASBA standards.
- Functions as site administrator for live training programs.
- Process continuing professional education (CPE) credits.
- Other duties as assigned.
Shift : Afternoon / Evening (UK/US overlap shift) - (4:30 PM - 1:30 AM IST)
**Requirements & Qualifications**
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or related experience, required
- Strong Microsoft Office skills (especially PowerPoint and Word) required
- Proficient in Formatting
- Should be organized and detail oriented
- Virtual meeting platform skills, which includes moderation (WebEx Meetings, WebEx Webinar, Microsoft Teams), required
- Troubleshoot on the spot, need someone who can speak off the cuff and remain calm and collected
- Ability to work both independently and with a team, required
- Ability to communicate both verbally and written with diverse audiences, required.
- Have reliable internet
- Familiar with a Learning Management System
Preferred Requirements
- 3-5 years relevant experience, preferred
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills, preferred
