Join our dynamic team at OriginBluy as a Learning Operations Executive, where your primary role will be to ensure an enriching, efficient, and effective learning journey for the learner as well as the client. This position is ideal for someone passionate about organizational success and skilled in managing multiple administrative tasks.

**Responsibilities**
- Communicate effectively with learners, executive coaches, and trainers to facilitate a seamless learning experience.
- Schedule and coordinate coaching/learning sessions, meetings, and other interactions.
- Prepare and manage weekly reports and various management information systems (MIS) to track learner progress and program effectiveness.
- Maintain and update the database of coaches and trainers regularly.
- Ensure mastery in utilizing MS Office tools (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) to create documents, presentations, and detailed reports.

**Qualifications**
- 1 to 3 years of prior work experience
- A Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience in educational administration, training, or a similar field is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Proven ability to work effectively with executive-level professionals.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Pay: ₹21,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
