**Responsibilities**:
- Initiate outbound calls to tuition owners, school principals, and educational institutions to promote Vignam's educational solutions.
- Clearly and effectively explain the benefits and features of our products to prospective clients.
- Engage in meaningful conversations to understand the needs and pain points of potential customers and align our solutions accordingly.
- Set up appointments and meetings between prospective clients and our sales team.
- Maintain a detailed record of calls, interactions, and appointments in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to provide insights and feedback from customer interactions.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, market dynamics, and Vignam's offerings to effectively communicate value propositions.
- Adhere to call scripts and guidelines while tailoring the conversation to the unique needs of each potential client.
- Continuously strive to meet and exceed daily and weekly targets for calls made, appointments set, and conversions achieved.
**Qualifications Required**:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Excellent verbal communication skills with a clear and confident telephone manner.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport quickly with diverse individuals.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a drive to achieve and exceed targets.
- Enthusiasm for education and an interest in EdTech solutions.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems or willingness to learn.
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage time effectively.
- Adaptability to a fast-paced and evolving environment.
- Previous experience in sales, telemarketing, or customer service is a plus, but not mandatory.
