**Job description**
- Preparing all Sales invoice in SAP and submission (Domestic, Export)
- Needed SAP entries for billing
- E-Invoice & E-Way Bill generation in portal and SAP
- Co-ordination with transporter, Despatch and inter department to move the invoiced parts
- Inward of Purchase castings receipt entries and maintain the records in Foundry Management system.
- Job work - Inward and Outward and maintain the stock and documents properly
- Submission of reports to Inter departments and Head office.
- All The documents once Completed, Documenting, Filing & maintaining the same till retention period.
- Inter-department Co-ordination, Customer and other third parties and transporters and Drivers
- Local transport arrangements for Jobwork and other movements

Computer Proficiency - SAP S4 Hana, Ms Office

General Attributes - Invoicing, Taxation and working knowledge n SAP
