Call centre quality auditors listen to calls from the call centre operators and BPO, recorded or live, in order to assess compliance with protocols and quality parameters.
They grade the employees and provide feedback on the issues that require improvement.
They interpret and spread quality parameters received by the management.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage team of 5 call quality auditors, Monitor auditing of team 100+ people.
- Track and manage the call.
- Provides performance feedback and input to all monitored calls to increase service quality real-time discussion.
- One on one meeting with quality auditors and agents and team leaders to improve call quality.
- Provide training quality auditors and agents.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
