Key Responsibilities
- **Outbound Calls**: Contacting potential and existing customers to introduce and sell insurance products like health, motor, or life insurance.
- **Inbound Calls**: Addressing customer questions, concerns, and complaints about policies and claims.
- **Product Knowledge**: Clearly explaining insurance plan features, benefits, coverage, and costs.
- **Needs Assessment**: Identifying customer needs and recommending suitable insurance policies.
- **Sales & Follow-Up**: Persuading customers to make purchases and following up on leads to close sales and ensure customer satisfaction.
- **Record Keeping**: Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and updating customer information in a CRM database.
- **Sales Targets**: Meeting daily, weekly, and monthly sales quotas.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
