As a Service Advisor, you will be the primary point of contact for customers visiting our service center. You will greet customers, assess their vehicle service needs, and provide guidance and recommendations to ensure their satisfaction. Your excellent communication skills and automotive knowledge will play a crucial role in delivering a positive customer experience and maintaining the highest standards of service quality.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet customers promptly and courteously upon arrival at the service center.
- Listen to customers' concerns and vehicle symptoms, and accurately document them for the technicians.
- Conduct vehicle inspections and recommend necessary repairs or maintenance based on manufacturer guidelines and customer preferences.
- Provide accurate estimates for repair costs and timeframes, and obtain customer approval before initiating work.
- Communicate effectively with technicians to ensure they have all relevant information and parts needed to complete repairs efficiently.
- Keep customers informed of the status of their vehicle repairs and provide updates as needed.
- Explain repair options and warranties to customers, and address any questions or concerns they may have.
- Coordinate with other departments, such as parts and scheduling, to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of repairs.
- Follow up with customers after service completion to ensure their satisfaction and address any additional needs or concerns.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience as a Service Advisor or in a customer service role, preferably in the automotive industry.
- Strong knowledge of automotive systems and repair processes, with the ability to explain technical information to customers in a clear and understandable manner.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in computer software and systems used for estimating, invoicing, and scheduling.
- Commitment to providing outstanding customer service and maintaining customer satisfaction.
