**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Training Program Development**: Design, develop, and update training materials (presentations, manuals, videos, etc.) in areas related to electronics, embedded systems, circuit design, semiconductor technology, and other relevant fields.
- **Hands-on Learning**: Provide hands-on training in lab environments to enhance practical skills in electronics hardware design, PCB design, circuit troubleshooting, and testing procedures.
- **Curriculum Customization**: Tailor training programs to meet the specific needs of different employee groups, including engineers, technicians, and product development teams.
- **Mentorship and Support**: Mentor and guide trainees during post-training phases, providing continued support for learning and problem-solving.
- **Stay Updated with Industry Trends**: Keep abreast of the latest advancements in electronics, industry standards, and emerging technologies to ensure training programs reflect current best practices.

**Qualifications**:

- M. Tech in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Embedded Systems, or a related field, Pursuing a PhD in a relevant area is highly desirable.
- Experience as an Assistant Professor or similar academic background will be an advantage.
- Experience with training tools and platforms for both in-person and online training formats.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
