**Hiring for Learning and Development - Corporate Trainer Profile.**

**Experience**:

- 6 to 10 Years

**Role & Responsibilit**y**:

- **
- Assist the Corporate Manager - Trainings in creating learning interventions for our clients in conjunction with the Business Development Team
- Design Program Outlines as per the customer requirements
- Facilitate Learning Interventions on behalf of our clients.
- Develop Content for the corporate training verticals along with the Manager Corporate Trainings(worked on Addie model)
- Compile and maintain an inventory of Training Programs conducted
- Conduct regular assessments and analyses and provide suggestible insights explaining the data trends
- Conducting post training effectiveness check to take corrective actions and collating data for presentation

**Key Skills:

- **
- Minimum 6-10 years in L&D Delivery. Language and Grammar should be impeccable
- Ability to understand requirements and a quick TAT on content
- Instructional Design experience would be a great addition
- Excellent at MS Office Suite specially PowerPoint (usage of smart art, graphics, animation, etc.) to make the content visually appealing as well as relevant
- Attention to Detail to avoid errors in Content.

**Qualifications**:

- Relevant L&D experience in content
- Instructional Design experience would be preferred.
- Excellent at MS Office Suite specially Powerpoint (usage of smart art, graphics, animation, etc.) to make the content visually appealing as well as relevant
- Attention to Detail to avoid errors in Content
- **A person extremely proactive and professional in approach who can work with multiple assignments**
- **Resilience and adaptability that can lead to smooth execution**

Great at organising, planning and prioritising

**Salary:
