**Campaign Strategy and Planning**:

- Develop and implement paid advertising strategies across Meta (Facebook, Instagram, etc.) and Google Ads platforms based on business objectives.
- Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and goals for each campaign.
- Identify target audience segments and tailor messaging accordingly.
- **Campaign Management**:

- Set up, manage, and optimize campaigns across Meta and Google Ads platforms.
- Choose and test appropriate ad formats, such as display, search, video, or shopping ads.
- Create and manage budgets, bids, and bidding strategies.
- **Ad Creative and Copywriting**:

- Collaborate with creative teams to design effective ad visuals, video ads, and engaging copy.
- Ensure that the messaging is aligned with the brand's voice and marketing goals.
- A/B test different creatives to determine which versions drive better performance.
- **Data Analysis and Reporting**:

- Use analytics tools (Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, Google Ads Reports) to track and analyze campaign performance.
- Monitor metrics such as CTR (click-through rate), CPC (cost per click), CPA (cost per acquisition), and ROAS (return on ad spend).
- Provide regular reports and insights to clients or management on the campaign's effectiveness, suggesting improvements.
- **Optimization and Performance Improvement**:

- Conduct ongoing optimization of campaigns to improve performance and ROI, adjusting targeting, bidding strategies, and creatives.
- Leverage automation features and AI-based tools in Meta and Google Ads platforms to optimize campaigns at scale.
- Identify trends and new opportunities for growth.
- **Audience Segmentation and Targeting**:

- Use the audience targeting capabilities of both Meta and Google Ads to reach specific demographics, interests, behaviors, and location-based audiences.
- Set up remarketing and lookalike audience campaigns for better targeting and customer retention.
- **Keeping Up-to-date**:

- Stay current with the latest trends, updates, and features from Meta and Google Ads platforms.
- Understand changes in advertising algorithms, policies, and industry best practices.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
