**Location**: Bengaluru, India

**Length of Commitment**: Minimum of 3 months, will depend on the project requirements.

**Remuneration**: INR 950/day and training INR 750/day

**Remuneration**: INR 28,500/month

The **enumerators** will work closely with the field and research team to help implement various projects. They will also be responsible for managing and coordinating the surveys in and around Bangalore.

**Key responsibilities include (but not limited to)**:

- Conducting day-to-day surveys in stakeholder units and hostels.
- Digitizing the data, and updating the tracking sheet.
- Conducting phone call surveys as and when required
- Coordinating with the field team for daily updates and field plans.
- To maintain the confidentiality of data and build a professional relationship with the units and the GBL team
- To safeguard office belongings like tabs, chargers, and wi-fi portals.
- To attend additional meetings/sessions/training for better knowledge in both qualitative and quantitative interviews/surveys.

**Educational Qualifications/Requirements**:

- Bachelors/Master’s in Social Work or any related field, minimum graduation
- Ability to work in a team, manage multiple projects on the ground, review and prioritize work independently and be self-motivated
- Ability to successfully complete assigned tasks and meet deadlines while maintaining high-quality work
- Ability to work long hours and should be open for traveling (in and around Bangalore city)
- Be detail-oriented with good oral and written communication skills
- Good organization skills
- Software skills: excel, sheet, g-meet, zoom.
- Ability to operate mobile/tablet

- Ability to converse in Hindi/Odia/Kannada
