**The role**:
**Key responsibilities**:

- Visit assigned schools and conduct assessments for students as per the given guidelines.
- Ensure accuracy and integrity in administering the assessments.
- Record and submit student responses/data promptly and correctly using the given formats/tools.
- Coordinate with the central team to report daily progress.
- Maintain professional behavior while engaging with school staff and students.
- Freshers or recent college graduates (any stream).
- Strong communication skills in English and the local language.
- Comfortable working in schools and interacting with children.
- Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented.
- Willingness to travel within the city to multiple schools.

**Requirements**:

- Android smartphone for recording/entering assessment data.
- Access to reliable internet/data connection.
- Availability during school hours on assigned days.

**Compensation**:

- Payment of Rs. 8 per student assessed._

Timely disbursement of stipend based on the number of students assessed.
