**Key Responsibilities**:

- Monitor and manage ICU patients with critical conditions.
- Administer medications, IV infusions, and oxygen therapy as prescribed.
- Assist doctors during procedures and medical rounds.
- Maintain accurate patient records and charts.
- Ensure hygiene, infection control, and patient safety at all times.
- Provide emotional and physical support to patients and their families.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- **Education**: GNM / B.Sc Nursing (Registered with State Nursing Council).
- **Experience**: Minimum 1 year of ICU or hospital experience preferred.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Compassionate, punctual, and attentive to detail.
