**Job Title**: ICU Staff Nurse
**Experience Required**: Minimum 1-3 years preferred
**Location**: HCG Hospital, Jaipur
**Joining**: Immediate to 1 Month

**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide direct nursing care to ICU patients, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
- Monitor patient vitals, administer medications, and manage medical equipment such as ventilators, infusion pumps, and monitors.
- Assist physicians during procedures, rounds, and emergency situations.
- Maintain accurate documentation of patient care, medications, and treatment plans.
- Ensure infection control and adherence to hospital protocols.
- Provide emotional support to patients and their families, and communicate care plans effectively.
- Respond promptly to medical emergencies and follow code protocols.
- Participate in ICU quality improvement initiatives and staff training.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- GNM / B.Sc. Nursing or equivalent qualification.
- Registered Nurse with State Nursing Council.
- **Experience**: Prior ICU/critical care experience preferred (freshers may be considered based on hospital policy).
- Strong clinical skills, critical thinking, and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and patient-care skills.
- Knowledge of ICU equipment and emergency procedures.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
- Immediate joiners will be given preference.
