Einstro Academy is looking for experienced university graduates having experience in teaching English on a part-time or full-time basis to students. You will be working full-time at our office located in Thoraipakkam, Chennai.

**Responsibilities**:

- Deliver live sessions online and in the classroom.
- Teaching students and thoroughly presenting lessons to students exclusively and preparing well advance for the sessions
- Responsible for creating content, worksheets and puzzles
- Lead student discussions to keep the sessions interactive, exciting and engaging
- Monitor the student's performance and track the progress
- Able to work on flexible timings as per the student's convenience and time zones

**Required Skills**:

- A minimum of 1-year experience with a bachelor's degree
- Must have excellent teaching skills in English.
- Prior teaching experience is preferred.
- Able to handle students and should be polite with customer service skills
- A Tech-Savvy or a digital expert comfortable using online tools
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel and presentation
- A passion for teaching.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 5 per week

**Salary**: ₹120,000.00 - ₹240,000.00 per year
