**Job Description: English Tutor (Grades 6-12, All Boards)**

**Locations**:

- Perungudi
- T. Nagar
- Maduravoyal
- Nungambakkam

**Work Timings**: 4:00 PM - 7:00 PM

**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Teach English to students from Grades 6 to 12, ensuring alignment with board-specific curriculum requirements.
- Develop lesson plans and creative teaching materials tailored to different boards and grade levels.
- Conduct engaging and interactive classes that build language skills, including grammar, writing, reading comprehension, and literature.
- Guide students on completing their daily diary homework and ensure clarity in their understanding of assignments.
- Prepare students for board exams, competitive exams, and regular assessments with a focus on core language skills.
- Provide personalized attention to students based on their learning needs and language proficiency levels.
- Track and assess student progress through regular tests, assignments, and feedback sessions.
- Create a supportive and encouraging environment to enhance student confidence in English.
- Communicate with parents or guardians about student performance and areas for improvement when necessary.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree in English, Literature, Education, or a related field (B.Ed. preferred).
- Experience teaching English to Grades 6-12 students for State, CBSE, ICSE, or other boards is an advantage.
- Strong command of the English language, including grammar, vocabulary, and writing skills.
- Excellent teaching and communication skills with the ability to simplify complex language concepts.
- Patience, creativity, and the ability to engage students of varying proficiency levels.

**Work Details**:

- **Locations**: Perungudi, T. Nagar, Maduravoyal, and Nungambakkam.
- **Timing**: 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM (Monday to Saturday).

**Compensation**: Competitive pay based on qualifications and experience.
