Are you a master of dosas, idlis, vadas, sambhar and uttpam etc.? **Pandaz Platter**, a growing street food kart, is looking for an experienced and passionate **South Indian Chef/Cook** to join our team and bring authentic flavors to the street

**Location**: [Greater Noida]
**Work Timing**: [full-time]

Job Role:

- Prepare authentic and delicious **South Indian dishes** like dosa, idli, vada, uttapam, sambhar, chutneys, etc.
- Maintain food taste, quality, and hygiene at all times
- Handle food prep and cooking during busy hours
- Ensure cleanliness and safety in the cooking area
- Help with stock and inventory when required

**Requirements**:

- **Experience** in cooking South Indian food (home-style or professional)
- Knowledge of hygiene, cleanliness, and safe food handling
- Ability to work quickly and efficiently in a compact space
- Friendly, reliable, and hardworking
- Passionate about cooking and street food culture
