**About the Role**
Moove is looking for an experienced leader with strong business acumen and an entrepreneurial attitude to be Recovery Officer, reporting into the City Fleet Manager. As a proven result - driven person, the Recovery Officer will be leading the overall vehicle recovery matters within the state.
In this role, you will dig deep into your technical expertise that make the organization more efficient, effective and amazing. If you've got patience, some big ideas, and an uncanny knack for organization, this is the role for you
**The Opportunity**
**What You’ll be Doing**
- Recover vehicles from non-compliant drivers.
- Tow or Lift vehicles that are unable to be driven.
- Drive the senior security lead on official assignments.
- Source and maintain relationships with recovery partners
**What You will need for this position**
- Minimum of secondary school certificate or equivalent.
- 5+ years of proven driving experience.
- Good knowledge of routes and locations.
- Must be able to drive different vehicle types (Bike, Car & Pickup Truck).
- Must have good communication skills.
**KPIs that will be measured after you start**
- % of recovery allocated and completed.
- TAT for recovery by monitoring recovery agents.
- Road safety and regulation compliance during recovery.
- Minimising recovery by resolving DP returns through voluntary returns or having the DP continue driving with Moove.
**Who You'll Be Working with**:
Directly reporting to our City Fleet Manager and interacting with the Operations team.
