JOB DESCRIPTIONS
- Driving the company’s financial planning
- Plan and perform risk management duties
- Analyze and manage the organization’s liabilities and investments
- Plan, implement and manage investment strategies by considering cash and liquidity risks
- Manage fundraising plans and capital structure
- Overseeing and supervising statutory compliances, computation, loan and interest related

transactions.
- Overseeing and supervising income tax matters including scrutiny.
- Overseeing and supervising Provident Fund Trust and gratuity finalization.
- Determine Finance KPIs
- Liaison with Internal and Statutory auditors.
- Overseeing and supervising insurance related matter.
- Track and ensure cash flow is appropriate and sustainable
- Supervise finance personnel such as controllers, financial advisors, financial consultants

and treasurers
- Manage and retain relationships with various vendors and stakeholders
- Prepare current reports
- Prepare and present forecasting reports
- Adhere to the law and company’s policies
- Set up and oversee the company’s finance IT system
- Managing Team of Finance, Accounts, Taxation & Compliance.
- Financial Reporting as per the prevailing laws.

**MANDATORY**
- CA qualified
- 12+ years of post-CA experience
