This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to **brand growth, vendor coordination, content creation, and new store expansion**, all while working closely with the founding team. **Role Overview** As a **Junior Marketing Executive**, you’ll be at the center of our growth efforts combining creativity with execution. You’ll support our marketing strategy, create engaging content, coordinate with vendors, and assist in launching new store locations. Perfect for an **MBA Fresher** ready to take ownership, learn fast, and grow with a rising brand. **Key Responsibilities Marketing Strategy & Execution** - Assist in developing and executing marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and sales - Create and manage content for digital channels (Instagram, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.) - Write and edit marketing materials for social media posts, website, flyers, and ads - Monitor marketing performance and assist with reporting and analytics - Support local marketing campaigns, store launch promotions, and influencer collaborations **Market Research & Business Intelligence** - Conduct competitive analysis and customer research - Track market trends and generate insights to guide store expansion - Identify high-potential areas and customer segments for growth **Vendor & Partner Coordination** - Communicate with packaging vendors, suppliers, designers, and contractors - Help negotiate basic deals and manage vendor relationships - Maintain vendor records, timelines, and follow-ups for marketing and store operations **Store Expansion Support** - Assist in identifying new store locations and preparing for launches - Coordinate logistics for store setup (marketing materials, signage, opening promos) - Support local outreach and events in new markets - Collaborate cross-functionally with ops, design, and product teams **You’ll Be a Great Fit If You**: - Are a **recent MBA graduate** (Marketing / Strategy / General Management) - Have excellent verbal and written communication skills - Are confident working with vendors, creatives, and operational teams - Are hands-on, detail-oriented, and eager to take initiative - Are passionate about branding, content, and customer experience - Have basic understanding of digital marketing platforms (Instagram, Meta Ads, Google, etc.) - Bonus: Experience with tools like Canva, CapCut, Google Analytics, Mailchimp, etc. **Nice-to-Have Extras**: - Past internship experience in marketing, retail, or startups - Local market knowledge - Interest in food, F&B brands, and community building - Experience managing college events, fests, or campus startups **What You’ll Get** - A front-row seat to building a startup brand from scratch - Direct mentorship from founders and marketers - Real ownership and impact from Day 1 - Exposure to marketing, operations, and business development - Free bagels & coffee (yes, seriously) - Flexible work culture and fast career growth opportunities **How to Apply** **Send us**: - Your resume (PDF) - (Optional) Any sample content, campaigns, or projects you’ve worked on **At Bagel Brigade, we’re not just building stores we’re building a breakfast movement.
