Key Responsibilities:

- **Lesson Planning and Delivery**:

- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans in accordance with the curriculum guidelines.
- Utilize a variety of teaching methods, including lectures, discussions, multimedia, and hands-on activities, to enhance student learning.
- **Classroom Management**:

- Maintain a positive, orderly, and focused classroom environment.
- Monitor student behavior and provide guidance to encourage discipline and respect for others.
- Address any issues related to student conduct promptly and effectively.
- **Assessment and Evaluation**:

- Design and conduct regular assessments (quizzes, tests, projects, assignments, etc.) to evaluate student progress.
- Provide constructive feedback to students to help them improve their understanding of social studies topics.
- Grade assignments, exams, and other student work in a timely manner.
- **Student Support**:

- Offer additional support and guidance to students who require extra help, both in and outside of class.
- Encourage critical thinking, problem-solving, and an understanding of global issues.
- Foster a learning environment that supports student growth, inquiry, and curiosity about social studies topics.
- **Curriculum Development**:

- Contribute to the development and improvement of the curriculum for social studies, ensuring it is up-to-date and relevant.
- Required Qualifications and Skills:

- **Educational Qualifications**:

- BA in Geography/History
- **Experience**: Prior teaching experience in a school setting is often required.
- **Skills**:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to explain complex concepts in a simple and engaging manner.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Knowledge of current educational technologies and tools.
- Ability to inspire and motivate students.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
