**Job Title**: Project Site Incharge - Electrical

**Location**: BHEL Ennore, Chennai, Tamil Nadu

**Salary**: ₹30,000 - ₹35,000 per month

**Job Summary**:
**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: B.Tech / B.E. in Electrical Engineering
- **Experience**: Minimum **5+ years** in electrical project execution or site management
- **Languages**: Must be fluent in **Tamil** and **Telugu**

**Key Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Oversee and manage all **electrical project site activities** at BHEL Ennore.
- Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and clients to ensure smooth execution of work.
- Supervise site engineers, technicians, and subcontractors for timely completion of tasks.
- Ensure compliance with **BHEL safety standards**, site protocols, and quality norms.
- Prepare and maintain daily site reports, progress updates, and material usage records.
- Handle troubleshooting and ensure timely resolution of on-site electrical issues.
- Monitor project schedules and ensure adherence to timelines and budgets.
- Coordinate for material procurement and ensure availability of resources at the site.
- Maintain effective communication with the project management office regarding site status.
