**Job Title**: Back Office Executive (US Process)

Location: Andheri west

Experince: 1-5 years

Note: It is a night shift job. No pick up & drop facility available. (7pm - 4:30am)

**Must have excellent english communication skill.**

**Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle **data entry, processing, and management** for US-based clients.
- Perform **back-office administrative tasks** such as document verification, record-keeping, and report generation.
- Process **customer orders, invoices, and transactions** accurately.
- Coordinate with **front-office teams, clients, and vendors** as required.
- Ensure compliance with **company policies and US regulations**.
- Review and validate documents to maintain **data accuracy and integrity**.
- Maintain confidentiality and ensure **secure handling of sensitive data**.
- Work efficiently to meet **daily/weekly targets** and deadlines.
- Stay updated with **industry trends and process improvements**.

**Requirements & Qualifications**:

- **Bachelor’s degree** in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
- **1-3 years of experience** in back-office operations, data processing, or administrative roles.
- Proficiency in **MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)** and data management software.
- Strong **attention to detail and accuracy**.
- Excellent **written and verbal communication skills** (English).
- Ability to work **night shifts** (US time zones).
- Strong **analytical and problem-solving skills**.
- Prior experience in **US-based processes (BPO/KPO)** is an advantage.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Night shift
- US shift

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:
