**About Homedesignia**:
Homedesignia is a leading provider of innovative interior and construction design solutions, specializing in modular kitchens, wardrobes, TV panels, and more. We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused **Telecaller & Interior Design Sales Executive** to join our team and drive sales through effective communication and client engagement.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle inbound and outbound calls to potential customers, understanding their interior design needs.
- Explain Homedesignia’s services and product offerings, including modular kitchens, wardrobes, and customized furniture.
- Generate and follow up on leads, scheduling meetings for the design team.
- Maintain a database of potential and existing clients, ensuring timely follow-ups.
- Coordinate with the design and sales teams to provide seamless customer experiences.
- Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide relevant information.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in telecalling, or customer service (experience in interior design or modular furniture sales is a plus).
- Strong communication and persuasion skills.
- Ability to understand customer needs and suggest suitable solutions.
- Basic knowledge of interior design concepts and modular furniture (preferred).
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
