**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Client Communication: Initiate and manage calls to clients, understanding their interior design needs and providing personalized suggestions.
- Sales & Marketing: Promote the company's interior design services, materials, and products to prospective clients.
- Product Knowledge: Stay informed about the latest trends in interior design, materials, furniture.
- Lead Generation: Generate leads through cold calling, marketing campaigns, and follow-ups with potential clients.
- Customer Relationship Management (CRM): Update and maintain client records in the CRM system, track communication, and follow-up on leads.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the design and sales teams to align client requirements with design offerings.
- Feedback Collection: Collect feedback from clients after consultations or services, ensuring satisfaction and identifying opportunities for improvement.

**Qualifications**:

- Education: Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field. (Optional: Certification in Telemarketing or Sales)
- Experience: 1-2 years of experience in sales, or interior design, or a combination of both.

**- Skills**:

- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong understanding of interior design principles and trends.
- Proficient in CRM tools and Microsoft Office.
- Good listening and problem-solving skills.
- Friendly, approachable, and customer-oriented.

**Preferred**:

- Prior experience in telecalling or telemarketing.
- Knowledge of interior design.

**Compensation**:

- Salary based on experience and qualifications, with performance incentives based on sales goals.

**THIS WOULD BE 2 SHIFT ARRANGEMENT**
- **ONE SHIFT - 8AM TO 4PM (FEMALE)**:

- **SECOND SHIFT - 4PM TO 11PM (MALE)**

Pay: ₹15,578.96 - ₹35,504.16 per month
