**Job Purpose**:
To operate and maintain bottle packing machinery efficiently and ensure proper packaging of products as per GMP and quality standards.**Key Responsibilities**:

- Operate and monitor bottle packing machines (e.g., bottle unscrambler, filling, capping, labeling, and cartooning).
- Perform line clearance and machine changeover activities as per SOP.
- Ensure adherence to batch packing record (BPR) documentation requirements.
- Check and verify the correct packing materials as per the product batch.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the packing area as per cGMP norms.
- Coordinate with maintenance team for timely resolution of breakdowns.
- Conduct in-process quality checks and report any deviations.
- Report line output, rejection, and downtime to the supervisor.
- Follow all safety and compliance norms during operations.**Qualifications & Experience**:
Education: ITI / Diploma / B.Sc with relevant experience.

Experience: 1-3 years in pharmaceutical/FMCG bottle packing operations.**Skills Required**:
Familiarity with bottle packing machines and processes

Basic knowledge of GMP and safty protocols

Ability to follow SOPs and maintain documentation

Attention to detail and teamwork skills
