Technician - Bottle Packing

**To efficiently and accurately operate bottle packing machinery and equipment to ensure timely and compliant packaging of pharmaceutical products in accordance with GMP and regulatory standards.**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Operate, monitor, and troubleshoot bottle packing machines (bottle unscrambler, filler, capper, induction sealer, labeller, cartooning machine, etc.).
- Ensure correct batch materials, labels, and packaging components are available and used as per the batch packing record (BPR).
- Perform line clearance and cleaning procedures before and after batch changeover.
- Conduct in-process checks (weight, seal integrity, label correctness, etc.) and record results as per SOPs.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the packing area as per cGMP requirements.
- Report any deviations, breakdowns, or abnormal observations to the supervisor.
- Follow safety guidelines and use PPE as required.
- Complete documentation accurately and in a timely manner, including logbooks and BPRs.
- Coordinate with QA, Maintenance, and Warehouse teams as needed during operations.
- Participate in training and continuous improvement initiatives.

**Key Requirements**:
Education: ITI / Diploma/ B.Sc

Experience: 3-6 years of hands-on experience in Granulation section of OSD manufacturing

- Knowledge of packing activities
- Understanding of GMP, safety norms, and regulatory requirements
- Good documentation and communication skills
- Basic troubleshooting and team coordination skills
