**Job Purpose**

Develops strong and innovative digital marketing strategies, using SEO, and other techniques to drive traffic to company pages and generate interest in company products and services. Creates engaging written, graphic, and video content while staying up to date on latest marketing technologies and social media.

**Key **Responsibilities**:

- Brand marketing on social & digital platforms (Regular postings of services, products, brand philosophy, etc).
- Blogging
- Design, build and maintain our social media presence.
- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
- Identify trends and insights and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.
- Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies.
- Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests.
- Create landing pages and optimize user experience.
- Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.
- Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels.
- Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate.
- Develop a website traffic plan and create goals and benchmarks to meet organisational goals.
- Generate monthly reports on our marketing campaign’s performance.
- Optimize website and social media channels for SEO.
- Optimize content for the website and social networking channels such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Google Plus, etc.
- Increase qualified marketing leads and conversion rates for the sales team.
- Work within the allotted budget for paid digital and social media campaigns like Google AdWords, Facebook, twitter etc.
- Time to time replies on customer feedback to improve overall rating on digital and social media platforms and facilitate the sales team for the required action.
- Update content on website as and when required through CMS.

**Experience, Skills, & Qualification**:

- Bachelor’s degree with specialization in digital marketing & equivalent experience.
- Impeccable communicative and writing skills.
- Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate.
- Knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends).
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
- Up to date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing.

**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
