**Job Summary**:
The Tender Executive is responsible for managing the entire tendering process, including searching for tenders, preparing bids, coordinating with stakeholders, ensuring compliance, and submitting proposals within deadlines. The role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and knowledge of government and private sector tendering procedures.

**Key Responsibilities: Tender Identification & Evaluation**:

- Identify and track relevant tender opportunities through online portals, newspapers, and other sources.
- Analyze tender requirements, eligibility criteria, and feasibility.
- Conduct risk assessment and cost analysis before submission.

**Tender Preparation & Submission**:

- Coordinate with various departments (Finance, Legal, Technical, Operations) to gather required documents.
- Prepare and compile all necessary documentation, including technical and financial proposals.
- Ensure tenders are submitted on time, meeting all compliance and quality requirements.

**Compliance & Documentation**:

- Maintain an up-to-date database of tender documents, contracts, and submissions.
- Ensure compliance with government regulations, legal, and company policies.
- Manage tender amendments, clarifications, and negotiations with authorities.

**Vendor & Client Coordination**:

- Liaise with clients, vendors, and regulatory authorities for tender-related matters.
- Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders for smooth tender processing.
- Handle post-tender activities such as follow-ups and contract execution.

**Reporting & Analysis**:

- Keep track of tender performance and success rate.
- Prepare reports on tender wins/losses, reasons for rejections, and areas for improvement.
- Suggest process improvements for better efficiency and success rates.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Finance, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in tender management, procurement, or bidding processes.
- Strong knowledge of government and private sector tendering procedures.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and coordination skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and tender portals.
- Attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work under deadlines.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience in handling tenders.
- Knowledge of e-procurement systems and online bidding platforms.
- Certification in Procurement or Contract Management is an added advantage.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
