As a Power BI Expert, you will play a key role in analyzing business performance and visualizing data to inform strategic decisions. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams including Marketing, E-commerce, Finance, and Operations to convert raw data into meaningful insights through dashboards and reports.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Design, develop, and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards and reports for various departments (sales, marketing campaigns, website analytics, product performance, etc.)
- Connect to data sources like Shopify, Amazon, Nykaa, ERP systems, Google Analytics, and Meta Ads Manager
- Translate business requirements into data models and dashboards
- Automate reporting processes to reduce manual intervention and improve accuracy
- Conduct data validation and troubleshoot reporting issues
- Collaborate with teams to identify KPIs and develop visualizations that track performance
- Interpret trends and provide insights and recommendations to improve business performance
- Support ad-hoc data requests from leadership.

**Requirements**:

- 7+ years of experience working with Power BI in a fast-paced, product-focused environment (FMCG or beauty industry preferred)
- Strong understanding of DAX, Power Query, and data modeling
- Experience with data integration from multiple platforms (Shopify, Amazon, GA4, etc.)
- Knowledge of SQL and experience handling large datasets
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to present data in a clear, intuitive, and actionable manner
- High attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
