- Consult & guide the TE team on dual landscape within our EVOLVE Technical+ program Which includes but does not limit to below: Configure E2E CHARM / Retrofit/ Central Monitoring in Solution Manager. -Implement and Roll out SAP CHARM especially in dual landscape with high volume of Transport requests - CTS+ cCTS & TMS (Transport Management) in terms of integration with ChaRM -Train SAP Functional & SAP Tower Team in the execution of Change Management -Knowledge Transfer to the Current SAP basis team. -Complete all the necessary documentation for future support. *Job Functions & Responsibilities* Configure Solution Manager Component ChaRm according to best practice and Connect ChaRM to our ERP (S/4HANA & ECC) and BW system landscape Coordinate and train users on to use ChaRM Create documentation on the configuration and user guide Configure & maintain retrofit functionality and Dual landscape working experience evaluate usage for adoption in SAP Portal SAP Business Objects and Fiori systems *Skills* Experienced with Solution Manager functionality Custom implementation experience with ChaRM Change Control Management Document Management ITSM Service Models Strong consulting behavior to guide TE through EVOLVE/dual landscape/ChaRM & Retrofit functionality. A plus would be SAP Solution Manager Authorization skills: concept development implementation & support *Education & Certifications* Candidate should have at least 10 years of experience working in a SAP Environment (planning design implementation & development) SAP Certification is a plus
