What This Role Is About:
As the Product Research Intern, you will be assisting the research team define and drive the future of our products. You will help decode what users need, work with cross-functional teams, work on ResearchOps and perform usability studies. You will also be delivering oral and written presentations, evaluating qualitative and quantitative data, and helping the UX team build a user’s experience more intuitive, accessible, and seamless.

What You Can Expect From This Role:

- The minimum expected duration of internship will be 5-6 months with a 5 day work week.
- A letter of recommendation towards the end of a successful internship.
- Possibility of a full time role offer solely based on internship performance

At EpiFi You Will
- Execute impactful research plan(s) that provide the broad market views and deep competitive and customer insights needed to impact strategy and UX.
- Identify gaps and customer pain points, as well as potential customer delighters.
- Derive insights from quantitative and qualitative data, complementing other research that you will conduct on your own or under other researchers.
- Work with core stakeholders on research planning. Innovate and develop new approaches to measure user’s experiences.
- Land impact broadly from your customer-focused knowledge by working across multiple areas and their respective design, engineering, content writers, marketing, and program management teams.
- Experience with qualitative and quantitative user research, including experimental design, sample selection and recruiting, surveys, focus groups, in-person and remote usability testing, ethnographic field research, and more
- Portfolio of work samples representing system research and research outcomes for web, desktop and mobile experiences.
- Inherent passion for research and testing, along with eagerness to collaborate with other creative contributors in the product, technology and extended teams and productively collaborate with all stakeholders
- Willingness to work both independently and collaboratively with tight deadlines.
- Strong communication skills to confidently present to various audience types and seniority levels.
- Commitment to best practices, user advocacy, that drive positive outcomes focused on high levels of quality and innovation.
- These rounds will assess your articulation & communication, general aptitude, attitude and a team fitment

This is an in-office position. We are currently based out of Whitefield, Bangalore.
