**About the Role**:
Advantal Technologies is looking for a qualified **Company Secretary** with 2-3 years of post-qualification experience to support our legal and compliance functions. This is a **part-time**, on-site opportunity ideal for professionals looking to contribute to a growing IT company while maintaining flexibility.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Oversee and manage compliance with all aspects of securities law and capital market regulations including but not limited to filing quarterly/half-yearly/annual disclosures, maintaining records for investor relations, etc.
- Be a liaison between the Company and the Stakeholders and perform all such duties as assigned by the higher management and act as prescribed under the various Laws applicable to the Company.
- Ensure compliance with the provisions of various laws applicable to the Company.
- Ensure policies, and regulatory or statutory changes that might affect the organization are up to date and approved by the committee.
- Responsible for Drafting of Minutes, Maintaining of Statutory Register
- Vetting of various documents and agreements
- Filing necessary forms and returns with the Ministry of Corporate Affairs.
- Processing consultant bills related to Trademarks, patents & copyrights, or any other legal case.
- Obtaining Trade License, and all other License for running the newly incorporated Company/Firm.
- Responsible for recording and maintaining share Transfer.
- Responsible for all other secretarial activities Group Companies
- Facilitate good communication between the board, committees, senior management and non-executive directors and shareholders
