**Job Title**: Secondary Coordinator - TGT (All Subjects)
**Location**: Bihar
**Education**: B.Ed. required
**Salary Range**: ₹35,001 - ₹40,000
**Experience**: 2-3 years

The **Secondary Coordinator** will oversee the teaching and learning activities for secondary grade teachers (TGT), ensuring smooth operation of academic programs, staff management, and student performance tracking.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Curriculum and Instructional Oversight**:

- **Teacher Support and Development**:

- Provide guidance and support to TGT teachers in lesson planning, classroom management, and student assessments.
- Organize professional development sessions and workshops to improve teaching strategies.
- **Monitoring and Evaluation**:

- Regularly monitor classroom activities to ensure effective teaching and student engagement.
- Evaluate teaching methods and student progress, providing feedback to improve educational outcomes.
- **Coordination and Communication**:

- Act as a liaison between teachers, school management, and parents, ensuring smooth communication.
- Organize regular meetings with teachers to discuss student performance, concerns, and strategies for improvement.
- **Administrative Tasks**:

- Assist in scheduling and organizing academic activities, assessments, and examinations.
- Maintain records of student performance, attendance, and academic progress.

**Qualifications**:

- B.Ed. degree required.
- 2-3 years of experience in teaching or coordination at the secondary level.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and support a team of teachers effectively.

Pay: Up to ₹40,000.00 per month

**Experience**:
