We are seeking a dynamic and creative Academic Content Writer to join our team. This position is ideal for a fresher with a background in management or related fields, who is passionate about writing and research, and is eager to create engaging, informative, and plagiarism-free academic content.

**Key Qualifications**:
**1-2 Year of experience is mandatory, freshers kindly do not apply**

**1. Educational Background**: Preferably a degree in Management or a related field.

**2. Writing Skills**: Excellent writing skills with an ability to produce clear, concise, and engaging content. Ability to write 3000 - 4000 words daily.

**3. Research and Analysis Skills**: Strong research and analysis skills to produce well-informed content.

**4. Originality**: Commitment to creating plagiarism-free content, with an understanding of the importance of academic integrity.

**5. Communication Skills**: Good speaking skills, with the ability to effectively communicate ideas and feedback within a team.

**6. Creativity**: A creative thinker who can bring fresh ideas to the table and engage readers with unique perspectives.

**7. Technical Proficiency**: Proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) for content creation and presentation.

**8. Teamwork**: Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, contributing positively to team projects and discussions.

**9. Time Management**: Excellent time management skills, with the capability to meet tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

**Responsibilities**:

- Researching and writing high-quality, informative, and engaging academic content on various topics.
- Ensuring all written content is free from plagiarism and adheres to the specified guidelines.
- Collaborating with team members for content ideas and improvement.
- Meeting daily writing targets and contributing to team projects.
- Regularly updating skills and knowledge in the field of academic writing and the management domain.
