We are looking for an enthusiastic **Telecaller / Telemarketer** to contribute to generating sales and leads for our company. You will be responsible for closing sales deals over the phone and maintaining good customer relationships.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Call existing and potential customers to inform them about products and services
- Generate leads and convert them into customers
- Answer questions about products or the company
- Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales
- Enter and update customer information in the database
- Handle grievances and escalate to the appropriate departments if needed
- Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information

**Requirements and Skills**:

- Proven experience as telecaller, telemarketer, or similar sales/customer service role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects
- Patience, persistence, and persuasive attitude
- High school diploma; additional education or sales training is a plus
- Language proficiency as required (e.g., English, regional languages) (Hindi,Kannada,Malayalam,Telugu will be an added advantage)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
