Payroll & Compliance Executive

**Roles & Responsibilities**:
The Payroll & Compliance team at Bizongo is built on a vision to create a seamless payroll experience. To provide high quality service to employees and to contribute to the long term development of the Payroll & Compliance function ensuring a consistently high level of employee experience. The payroll & compliance team focuses on an effective and efficient output of work to meet the challenging demands and the payroll deadlines keeping the confidentiality intact.

**Key Objectives for the role**:
** **Compliance Reports and Documentation
- Employee Database Management
- Audit Management
- Payroll & Taxation
- Upscaling the existing processes

**As a Payroll & Compliance Executive a typical month will include**:

- Issuing letters to employees
- Employee agreement generation
- Background Verification for ex - employees
- PF processes
- Contractual vendor management and payroll processing
- Preparing & Maintaining Compliance Reports
- Induction for new joiners for payroll & tax related processes.
- Working with line managers and employees to address all types of employee queries related to payroll, employee management and benefits.

**What are we looking for?**
- 1-4 years of experience in payroll & employee management
- Vigilant to maintain the payroll confidentiality
- The ability to influence, establish and maintain effective relationships and gain reputation as a trusted advisor.
- Enthusiastic team player with a positive mindset to create a positive work environment.
- High on collaboration
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Working experience on any HRMS portal

**Salary**: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
