**Purpose of the Role**
- To manage the end to end payroll related compliances and audit and HR projects like employee e-filing, UAN / Aadhaar linkage.
- Managing apprentice hiring, contract creation, assessment and conversion into regular employee

**Principal Responsibilities**

Compliance Management
- To address all queries related to payroll and checking the draft pay sheet and resolving the queries / discrepancies observed before final payroll.
- Checking the final payroll and ensuring disbursal to the employees on the last day of the calendar month
- The role responsible for ensuring timely and accurate delivery of payroll.
- Overall responsibility for payroll processing and administration
- Manage certain time bound processes and ensure validation of data to be accurate and truthful i.e. Investments declaration, Form 16s, Tax Returns
- Ensuring timelines are met for salary disbursement and statutory compliance
- Ensuring Employee Benefits including Employee reimbursements as per rules and regulations of income tax

**Education and Experience**
- B.Com / M.Com / MBA Fresher
- 2 plus years minimum experience in managing payroll and statutory compliances
- Strong Communication Skill
- Strong analytical skill
- Stakeholder management

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: Up to ₹40,000.00 per month
