Job Summary:
As a UI/UX Designer at Avhad Enterprises, you will play a key role in shaping the user experience of our digital products. You will be responsible for conducting user research, creating wireframes and prototypes, and designing visually appealing interfaces that meet user needs and enhance overall satisfaction. You will collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure a seamless and engaging user experience.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct user research to gather insights on user needs, preferences, and pain points.
- Create information architecture, including site maps and user flows, to enhance usability.
- Design visually appealing interfaces that align with brand guidelines and user experience best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and deliver design solutions.
- Conduct usability testing to evaluate designs and gather user feedback for iterative improvements.
- Document design specifications, guidelines, and a design system for consistency.
- Stay updated with design trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve skills and processes.
- Ensure designs meet accessibility standards for all users.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, UI/UX Design.
- Up to 1 year of experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role is acceptable, with a strong portfolio showcasing design projects.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or similar software.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
- Experience with responsive design and mobile-first design approaches.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with team members and stakeholders.
- Ability to analyze user research data and translate insights into actionable design improvements.
- Familiarity with front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
