**Job Title - UI/UX Designer**

**Job Location - Nashik**

**Experience** - **6-1 year**

**Key** **Responsibilities**:

- Design user interfaces and experiences using **Figma, **including wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups.
- Collaborate with product teams to define design goals, user needs, and technical constraints
- Create interactive prototypes to simulate user interactions and test design ideas.
- Develop and maintain design systems to ensure consistency across all platforms.
- Translate complex business requirements into intuitive and visually appealing designs.
- Ensure the design solutions are responsive, accessible, and optimized for various devices.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging design tools.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer with extensive experience in Figma.
- A strong portfolio showcasing design projects, particularly those created using Figma.
- Solid understanding of UX principles, user research methods, and design best practices.
- Knowledge of front-end development (HTML/CSS/JavaScript) is a plus but not required.
- Ability to present and justify design decisions based on user insights and research.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and time management skills.
