Leading digital cinema companies, UFO Moviez India Ltd. and Qube Cinema Technologies Pvt. Ltd., have announced a joint venture which will be focused on the commercial monetization and marketing of the combined cinema advertising inventory, on behalf of UFO and Qube in India. The joint venture will consolidate advertising inventory from both partners for on-screen, off-screen, and mobile advertising of UFO's Caravan Talkies vertical. The entity will operate across approximately 6,500 screens, amplifying the visibility of in-cinema advertising as a key advertising medium.

As the HR Business Partner for our dynamic and fast-growing media/sales start-up company, you will play a crucial role in shaping our organizational culture, driving talent acquisition, managing employee relations, and fostering an environment of growth and collaboration. You will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies that align with our business goals and ensure the well-being and success of our team members.

Your job responsibilities will include and not be limited to the following:

- Closely working with the CEO/Business heads in driving the people strategy in synergy with the business strategy
- Playing a vital role in setting a great work culture and making the organization a great place to work
- Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with the company's mission, vision, and objectives
- Designing the organizational structure to support the required talent demand for smooth operations as per the business plan
- Building employer branding, talent acquisition & management, and controlling attrition
- HRIS & performance management
- Create and implement employee engagement programs to enhance team morale and development
- Design and manage compensation and benefits
- Set up and manage a robust performance appraisal matrix

- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills. Self-Starter/ Initiator.
- Innovative mindset with the ability to drive change and continuous improvement.
