Accounts JD:
Record and maintain all the entries of day-to-day business transactions like sales, purchases and payment receipt purchase order etc.
Keep Bank Accounts up to date by posting day-to-day transactions.
Maintain all the records & files properly.
Record all expenses and review those expenses & keep track of expenses every month.
Basic knowledge of GST, TDS & other accounting terms.
Good command over MS-Excel & MS-Word.
Basic knowledge of banking work & Client coordination
Assist in maintaining accurate financial records and ledgers.
Prepare and process invoices, receipts, and payments.
Reconcile bank statements and accounts payable & receivable.
Admin JD:
Handle the office supervisor
Manage filing systems (physical and digital).
Coordinate meeting room bookings and company events.
Liaise with vendors, service providers, and other departments.
Exit formalities for Staff
Should maintain all Admin work.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Morning shift
