**Job Description: Admin and Accounts Assistant**

**Position**: Admin and Accounts Assistant
**Location**: Malad, Mumbai - 400067.
**Reporting To**: Manager
**Employment Type**: Full-time

**About the Role**

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Administrative Tasks**:

- Manage day-to-day office operations, including scheduling meetings, handling correspondence, and maintaining records.
- Ensure efficient office supply management by tracking inventory and coordinating purchases.
- Coordinate with external vendors and service providers for office-related needs.
- Maintain and organize employee records, attendance, and leave data.
- Assist in preparing and organizing company documents, presentations, and reports.

**Accounts Support**:

- Assist in maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records, including data entry and reconciliation of accounts.
- Handle accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payments and collections.
- Prepare invoices, purchase orders, and receipts while maintaining proper documentation.
- Support payroll processing and employee expense claims.
- Collaborate with the finance team to ensure compliance with statutory and tax-related regulations.
- Generate monthly and quarterly financial reports for review.

**Qualifications and Skills**
- Bachelor’s degree in commerce, business administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in an administrative or accounts-related role.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and accounting software (Tally).
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with an eye for detail.
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) and fluency in English.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

**Preferred Qualifications**
- Prior experience in a similar role within the manufacturing or industrial sector.
- Familiarity with ERP systems or inventory management tools.
