- Review and update valuations for private credit deals
- Work with investment teams to understand deal structures
- Prepare various reports related to Valuation and present findings to senior management
- Coordinate with external valuation firms and auditors
- Stay updated on market trends and valuation methods
- Coordinate with internal deal teams to review and validate valuation inputs and assumptions
- Manage third-party valuation reviews and liaise with external auditors

**Must Have**:

- 3+ years of experience in financial industry
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Understanding of Financial statement terms
