**Job Summary**:
As a Qualified Company Secretary, you will be responsible for assisting in ensuring compliance with corporate laws and regulations, preparing meeting materials, maintaining statutory records, and handling administrative tasks under the supervision of senior company secretaries
**Key Responsibilities**:
1) **Compliance**:
a. Assist in ensuring compliance with relevant corporate laws, regulations, and best practices.
b. Prepare and file statutory returns, reports, and other required documents.
c. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of company information
d. ROC Compliances - all secretarial compliances including preparation of board minutes
2) **Meetings**:
a. Assist in organizing and servicing board meetings, general meetings, and other relevant corporate gatherings.
b. Prepare meeting agendas, minutes, and other relevant documents.
c. Ensure proper communication and distribution of meeting materials.
3) **Record Keeping**:
a. Maintain statutory books and records, including register of directors, register of members, and other relevant documents.
b. Ensure accurate and timely filing of documents with relevant regulatory bodies.
4) **Administrative Support**:
a. Assist with administrative tasks, including correspondence, filing, and data management.
b. Handle queries and requests from internal and external stakeholders.
5) **Learning and Development**:
a. Actively participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
b. Seek guidance and mentorship from senior company secretaries and managers.
c. Stay updated on changes in corporate laws and regulations.
**Qualifications/ Skills**
- BCom (CS) - Qualified
- Strong understanding of corporate laws and regulations.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Good communication and interpersonal skill
- Experience in preparing and filing statutory returns and reports.
- Experience in organizing and servicing board meetings.
