**Position**: Front-Line Supervisor (FLS)

**Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and lead a team of workers to ensure smooth operations and adherence to quality standards.

.Monitor production processes, identify issues, and implement solutions to optimize efficiency.
- Train new employees and ensure they understand safety protocols and company policies.
- Collaborate with other supervisors and departments to achieve production goals.
- Maintain records of production data, including output, downtime, and quality metrics.
- Address worker concerns and provide guidance to resolve work-related issues.

**Qualifications**:

- ITI (Fitter) qualification is mandatory.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to handle pressure and make decisions in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer skills for record-keeping and reporting.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
