**Job Description: Planning Executive**

**Position**: Planning Executive
**Experience**: 2-4 years
**Location**: Bangalore

**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Forecasting & Scheduling**: Assist in the preparation of detailed project plans, ensuring the effective allocation of resources and materials.
- **Inventory Management**: Coordinate with relevant teams to ensure inventory levels align with demand forecasts, minimizing shortages or overstock situations.
- **Data Analysis**: Review data and generate reports on operational performance, highlighting areas of improvement or optimization.
- **Process Improvement**: Contribute to continuous improvement efforts by suggesting process enhancements based on data analysis and performance trends.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with cross-functional teams such as Operations, Supply Chain, and Sales to ensure seamless project execution.
- **Budget Tracking**: Monitor project expenses, ensuring alignment with budget forecasts and identifying any discrepancies.
- **Risk Management**: Identify potential risks in project timelines or resource allocation and proactively suggest solutions to mitigate them.
- **Reporting**: Prepare and deliver regular reports on project progress, status updates, and key performance indicators (KPIs).

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- **Experience**: 2-4 years of experience in planning, operations, or supply chain management.
- **Analytical Skills**: Strong ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make informed decisions.
- **Communication**: Excellent communication skills for coordinating with different departments and stakeholders.
- **Software Proficiency**: Familiarity with MS Excel (advanced), ERP systems, and planning tools (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
- **Problem Solving**: Ability to identify issues and implement solutions in a timely manner.
- **Attention to Detail**: Strong focus on accuracy and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- **Time Management**: Proven ability to manage time effectively, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
