Monitor and analyze radio network performance indicators, including KPIs such as coverage, capacity, quality, and traffic.
- Identify and diagnose network issues, including interference, congestion, and coverage gaps.
- Optimize radio network parameters to enhance performance and resolve identified issues.
- Conduct drive tests, analyze results, and implement necessary adjustments to improve network coverage and quality.
- Collaborate with the field operations team to troubleshoot and resolve network-related problems.
- Assist in planning and designing radio network expansions, upgrades, and reconfigurations.
- Recommend and implement changes to improve network efficiency and user experience.
- Prepare detailed reports on network performance, optimization activities, and troubleshooting efforts.
- Maintain accurate records of all optimization activities and changes made to the network.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including RAN engineers, transmission engineers, and customer support teams, to ensure network optimization aligns with overall business goals.
- Provide technical support and guidance to junior engineers and field technicians.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in radio network optimization, with a strong understanding of GSM, WCDMA, LTE, and/or 4G/5G technologies.
- Proficient in network optimization techniques and troubleshooting.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Relevant certifications in network optimization or related fields are a plus.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
