Responsible for the production and quality of products, completing daily reports for production.
- Responsible for maintaining/enforcing safe working conditions, and ensuring that all Environmental Health and Safety regulations are met.
- Schedules and directs leads, utilities, and mold changers in the Molding Department.
- Works with production control to obtain molding requirements.
- Monitors production, inventory, and minimizes scrap in the department. Works with the Molding Manager to continually improve the molding process.
- Trains all personnel in the department. Ensures that all personnel are trained with the help of trainers and leads.
- Reports all department and personnel issues.
- Troubleshoots and resolves molding processes.
- Inspects and updates all set up sheets.
- Keeps the department running with minimum down time.
- Continuously looks for ways to reduce costs in the department.
- Works with the Molding Manager to maintain the Preventative Maintenance (PM) program.
- Keeps the Molding Department in order through 5S standards.
- Schedules and directs mold changers through quick mold change (Quick Die Set Up) methodology.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
