**Job Summary**:
Goyal Brothers Prakashan (GBP) is looking for a talented and confident **Digital Creator & Video Anchor** to conceptualize, present, and produce engaging video content for digital and social media platforms. The role involves both **short-term and long-term video creation**, combining creative ideation with strong on-camera presentation skills.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conceptualize, script, and shoot creative **short-term and long-term videos** for social media platforms such as Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
- Act as an **on-screen anchor** for educational, brand, and promotional video content.
- Create engaging **short-term and long-term content** such as Reels, educational explainers, interviews, and brand stories.
- Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to plan campaigns and video ideas that align with GBP’s brand identity.
- Utilize tools and equipment that enhance anchoring and video presentation quality (teleprompter, lighting tools, lapel mics, camera setup, AI-based prompting tools, etc.).
- Ensure all **short-term and long-term videos** are platform-optimized, visually appealing, and align with brand tone.
- Stay up to date with social media trends, storytelling techniques, and audience engagement strategies.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 2 years of experience in social media video creation and on-camera anchoring.
- Strong communication, diction, and presentation skills.
- Confidence in front of the camera with natural delivery and audience connection.
- Knowledge of production tools that support anchoring such as teleprompters, lighting tools, and audio equipment.
- Creative mindset with a strong sense of storytelling and attention to detail.
- Understanding of trending formats for both **short-term and long-term videos** across social media platforms.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Degree or Diploma in Media, Film Making, Mass Communication, or a related field.
- Knowledge of AI-based tools or apps that assist with video scripting, voice clarity, or visual enhancement.
- Prior experience in educational or brand-based video content will be preferred.
